Associate General Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Job Summary:

As an Associate General Manager (Talent Acquisition), you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our organization. You will partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment plans to meet those needs. In this role, you will also lead and manage a team of recruiters to execute on those plans and achieve hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans that meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards, to expand our talent pool and source top talent.
• Build and manage a team of recruiters to execute on recruitment plans and meet hiring goals.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Implement and maintain recruitment technologies and tools to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
