Job Summary:
Academic Managers will be responsible for professional development for teachers to enhance their teaching skills, instructional methods, and classroom management techniques. This role involves collaborating with instructional leaders and continuously improving training of teachers in the classroom set up.
Responsibilities:
Train teachers on The Orchids Teaching Way
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives.
Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions, incorporating hands-on activities.
Provide guidance and support to educators in adopting effective teaching strategies, technology integration, and student engagement techniques.
Mentor and coach teachers individually or in groups to address specific professional development needs.
Travel to the school branches as per business requirement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field(mandatory).
5 years of teaching experience with a solid understanding of pedagogical principles.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Proficiency in delivering engaging and interactive training materials.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to educators with diverse backgrounds.
