Solutions Engineer (Presales)

A multinational cyber security firm that has been helping businesses since 2002 recognise, identify, and address sophisticated security risks from data and devices entering and leaving their networks is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Presales) to be based in their Mumbai, India Office.

In the fields of data sanitisation, vulnerability detection, multi-scanning, device compliance, and cloud access control, my client is a trailblazer and industry leader.

Job Responsibilities:

• Increase client knowledge and confidence in our offerings
• To grow the enterprise and government business, collaborate with partners and the sales staff
• Oversee, complete, and submit thorough answers to industry RFPs.
• Manage customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in
• Understanding customer organization, their IT and security requirements and goals
• Support proof of concepts, implementations and installations as needed to successfully satisfy customer requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of cybersecurity or networking software sales engineering or technical sales experience
• Outstanding history of generating new business and reaching or beyond sales objectives
• A good foundation of networking concepts
• Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications in Windows and Linux environments
• Comfortable leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT administrator)
