Product Manager / Product Owner

About the Role:

As a Product Manager / Product Owner at WAIR, you will be responsible for guiding the success of our SaaS platform and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. You will bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our customers love. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of predictive intelligence in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Lead the planning of product releases and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Manage and communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams across different time zones.
