Product Manager – Programmatic App Marketing

What you should be excelling on:

• Generate innovative ideas to grow market share through technological interventions, thereby improving customer experience and driving growth.

• Analyze market and competitive conditions. Identify new business opportunities and target markets.

• Understand and analyze business reports and the impact of the products on key business metrics.

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the product, hereby planning project timelines and resources needed.

• Own and drive well-prioritized product and feature roadmaps that balance metric movers, customer delights, and customer asks.

• Actively listen and connect with customers (current and potential) and their needs on a direct basis frequently.

• Understand, learn and expand your space of action within different advertising verticals, programmatic supply, data integration, deep linking, and creative innovation.

• Take initiative and collaborate with multiple functions including Sales, AM, CM, TSE, Design, Supply, Engineering, and Data Science.

• Working with Business Management, Tech, and Data Science to provide pragmatic feedback, drive development through qualified input as well as ensure smooth testing and feature rollout.

• You bring holistic knowledge of in-app performance advertising and the programmatic RTB environment.

• You have an engineering/science degree, ideally with a postgraduation in the same and/or business/marketing.

• You have a proven track record of at least 2-3 years in Product Management and do thus master the fundamentals as market research, writing flawless PRDs, and driving/tracking the product lifecycle.

• You master advanced data interpretation and analysis skills (SQL, Google Datastudio, Tableau etc. an advantage) to be able to look at large data sets with ease in order to extract insights quickly and regularly.

• You possess a deep understanding of DSPs, AdExchanges, MMPs, SSPs, DMPs, and other AdTech ecosystem players.

• You own the ability to work well independently as well as to be highly responsive to relevant stakeholders.

• You are results-oriented with great attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a creative, independent problem solver.

• You exhibit advanced process, organizational, and time management skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You are highly familiar with using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Pivot Tables to analyze data.
