Handle end-to-end vendor relationshipManage short & long term plans with vendorsScouting & Onboarding new vendors.Timely coordination with the operations team for manpower requirement.Meeting the hiring target given by operations team within given time frame.Ensuring a good vendor onboarding experience and managing vendor relations.Rate Negotiations and contract finalization.Ensuring Vendor/DA Payout on time.Designing out flows for the DA Onboarding process (Interviews/Training etc).Handle escalation related to attendance, absenteeism, payments
What you’ll need:Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Vendor Management.Good Analytical skill with Proficiency in Excel.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty.To Work in highly ambiguous situations comfortably.Understanding Ops Metrics and stakeholder management.Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule.
