Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to facilitate the account opening process through our call center setup. Your primary objective will be to guide prospects through the trading account opening journey, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Convince prospects to complete the trading account opening journey through our call

centre setup.

2. Manage customer pipeline, Work in Progress (WIP), and arrange call-backs as

necessary to progress leads through the sales funnel.

3. Conduct follow-up calls post-account opening to assist customers in executing their first trade, providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Pitch cross-sell products to customers, maximizing opportunities for additional revenue

generation and earning extra incentives.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and

resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and product offerings to

effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional service and

demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs.

8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product

knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduation.
  • Experience in the share trading industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is compulsory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
