Zevo Health is a workplace wellbeing company supporting the psychological health and wellbeing of Trust and Safety professionals, especially content moderators. Our multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals and wellbeing consultants design and deliver wellbeing programs that are holistic by nature, cross-culturally relevant, and tailored to the needs of our customers.

We are looking for a Psychologist/Counsellor/Therapist, fully qualified and registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) or similar governing body. You will work with a major customer of Zevo Health to deliver a remote wellbeing program which aims to enhance psychological health and wellbeing and minimize the development of enduring mental health difficulties.

What makes you qualified?

  • Minimum postgraduate degree in Psychology or similar or MPhil in Clinical Psychology
  • Registered/licensed with RCI or similar governing body which adheres to a Code of Ethics and Professional Practice
  • At least 450 hours clinical experience engaging in individual and group interventions. Prior experience working with a corporate workforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated brief, focused intervention skills such as SFBT, CBT, ACT, etc.
  • SafeTalk or ASIST trained or other evidenced training and experience working with those at risk or affected by suicide
  • Cross-cultural competency and globally contextual practitioner with experience working with diverse populations
  • Exceptional time management, independent and team working abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and proficiency in utilizing video conferencing software
  • Fluency in English. A second local language is a distinct advantage.

What you will do:

  • Scheduling proactive, semi-structured individual sessions for all employees monthly
  • Designing and delivering psycho-educational training for employees and people managers focused on gaining awareness of mental ill health, development of healthy coping and distress management skills, building an organizational culture of wellbeing, and minimizing potential psychological harm long-term
  • Facilitating group sessions to enhance team cohesion and process work- and content-exposure-related difficulties, including creative group interventions such as art, music, mindfulness-based interventions, etc.
  • Excellent, timely management and completion of administrative duties including tracking session data, completing case notes, and scheduling of sessions
  • Maintaining minimum CPD requirements as per the company policy and/or governing body
