Description:Valuementor is looking for experienced Senior Tele callers with a strong background in cyber security services, preferably based in India. As a Senior Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio to high-end clients in the UAE, Middle East, and Africa regions. Your responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:1.Business Development: Identify and study potential high-end clients in the cyber security industry, with a focus on the UAE and Middle East, Africa regions.2.Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with neutral accent with understanding of CEO/Board-level key words of technology and cyber security language to establish a strong rapport with clients.3.Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective telecalling and relationship-building strategies.4.Technical Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of computer engineering and cyber security to address client inquiries and concerns.5.Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer service.6.Consulting Experience: Previous work experience, especially within the Big 4, is a significant advantage.7.Cyber Security Knowledge: Familiarity with cyber security concepts and certifications is highly desirable.Qualifications:•Experience: 5 to 12 years of telecalling experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of high sales performance.•Education: A background in computer engineering or a related field is preferred.•Certifications: Cyber security certifications are a strong advantage.•Work Environment: This is a work-from-home role, so candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.Key Traits:•Display an unwavering passion for cyber security and a strong commitment to achieving results.•Take ownership of client relationships and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit in driving business growth.•Exhibit a high level of commitment to meeting sales targets and being accountable for your actions.
