Position : Sales Executive/Senior Sales ExecutiveJob Location : Bangalore/DelhiExperience : 2 to 7 YearsQualification : BE (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Civil/Instrumentation)Objectives of this role-Represent the company’s Engineering products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as customer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.Responsibilities-Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities and bring revenues.Maintain and grow business in your assigned territory, achieve or exceed 100% annual quota.Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads.Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.Report monthly and weekly on sales progress and KPIs.Preferred skills and qualifications-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience.Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.Experience conducting business within a software sales environment, with any exposure to the AEC software market highly desirable, but we will consider software sales experience from other industries.Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills.Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.Analytical yet creative thinker with superior problem-solving skills.Decisive and committed to growth.Characteristics like grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development will also be recognized and rewarded….
