Job Description The role will involve joining the Delphi Select PCT team delivering product configurations and deployment of Delphi Select to clients. While the role will focus on specific projects supporting key Experian products in which you will become a Subject Matter Expert, you will also be expected to work cross-product with different Business Units to identify and exploit synergies. The role involves working in close collaboration with other team, both onshore and offshore to ensure we have a strong collaborative approach and meet the client’s expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of builds following client derived specifications and requirements supporting through UAT and into Production. The role also supports identifying, analysing and resolving product defects based on a prioritised order set by the Product Owner. Build Delivery Develop product knowledge Accurately Configure product following client requirements Develop a constructive working relationship with the delivery, product and engineering teams and Clients. ensure that your delivery Analysis activities are delivered to time, quality and schedule. Ensure your delivery meets all the functional requirements provided by product consultants Support testing coverage and completion and support the client in their User Acceptance Testing by performing demos.  Create and maintain any other relevant documentation as required for successful delivery e.g. User Guides, Implementation Guides, Training Guides etc., providing that it is within scope of PCT. Identify any changes needed to product functional documentation in line with any changes made to the product. Customer Relationship Management Communication – Communicate progress of work (progress reports & future plans) to the team and recommend effective corrective actions where necessary, this will be done through retrospectives. Customer Service – Pro-actively manage customer expectations both internal and external. Continuous process improvement – Identify measures to improve delivery and customer satisfaction. Networking – use effective working relationships within Experian and third-party suppliers to ensure developments add value and meet business expectations.  Customer Service / First Line Support Ensure cover is available in the team during office hours. Manage any issues, queries or questions raised by the scrum team and respond within appropriate timelines Identify required fixes from incidents and prioritise appropriately with support from the team. Manage any issues, queries or incidents raised within the appropriate timeframe or SLA using the Service Central portal. Liaise with other areas of Experian to ensure any incidents are dealt with effectively. Qualifications We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail and passion for delivering the right outcomes for clients and their customers, comfortable with working to set timescales and tight deadlines. It would be great if you have: Degree level and / or equivalent level of professional experience, preferably with some element of mathematics, statistics, or computer science. ITIL Accreditation.  A software development or data analysis background or experience in engaging with software development and test teams. Experience in working with onshore development or product teams Technical knowledge coupled with reasonable understanding of business operating principles Additional Information Our uniqueness is that we truly value yours.
