Job description
– Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer.
– Sourcing Home Loans (For Purchase/Construction/Renovation of Residential House), LAP products and implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through team of Sales Officer and DSAs
– Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.
– Cross-sell LAP to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition.
– Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
– Qualification – Graduate / MBA.
– Minimum 2 yrs. experience under retail asset sale.
– Strong negotiation skill.
